Customs representation

Transfluvia has been recognized by the Belgian Customs administration as an official customs representative and has received the inscription number 12. In France, Transfluvia is active as a customs representative under the number 5382 and in the Netherlands we operate under approval number NL00740328391.

In principle, our services extend to those formalities that must take place on the Belgian (more specifically at the customs offices of Zeebrugge (Zeebruges) DA, Mouscron DAE, Antwerpen (Anvers) DAE, Zaventem D, Grâce-Hollogne (Bierset) DAE, Gent (Gand) DAE, Aalst DAE, Arlon DAE, Bilzen DAE, Brussel DAE, Gosselies DAE, Eynatten DAE, Geel DAE, Ottignies-Louvain-La-Neuve DA, Tienen DAE en Vilvoorde DA), French territory (Calais, Dunkirk, Caen,...) and the territory of the Netherlands.

However, with the proper customs authorizations in place, we can assist also you regardless of where the goods are located within the customs territory of the European Union.
